What data may be collected

• Technical data such as device type, browser, requested pages, and timestamps.
• IP-derived country and security information for protection, abuse prevention, and country-aware CTAs.
• Data you provide voluntarily, such as your name and email address when you contact us.
• Affiliate click events such as clicked placement, operator, country where available, and timing.
• If you accept optional analytics: usage/interaction data collected by Google Analytics 4 and/or PostHog, as described below.

Why we use this data

• To operate and secure the platform.
• To improve the user experience and content quality.
• To measure traffic and performance, using optional consented analytics where you have agreed to it, and a separate cookieless aggregate baseline that runs independently of that consent.
• To understand affiliate placement performance without processing betting account activity.

Analytics and cookies

BetLogic uses necessary browser storage for basic site delivery and to remember your own privacy choice, active regardless of whether you accept analytics.

Optional analytics is off by default and only activates if you accept it in the cookie banner or Cookie settings. When accepted, BetLogic uses Google Analytics 4 and PostHog to understand traffic and usage and improve the product; each acts as a data processor under its own terms for the events BetLogic sends it, and neither is loaded before you accept.

Separately, BetLogic uses Vercel Web Analytics — a cookieless aggregate measurement of overall site traffic that runs independently of your analytics choice above and is not the same as the consented Google Analytics 4/PostHog analytics.

You can accept, reject or withdraw optional analytics at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer; withdrawing stops further analytics collection going forward.

International and third-party processing

Where a service above is provided by a third party (for example an analytics vendor, an email provider, or an AI provider used for a specific tool), that party processes the data BetLogic sends it under its own terms and may process it in a different country than where you are located. BetLogic does not control those providers' internal infrastructure or retention configuration and cannot guarantee a specific data residency or retention period on their behalf.

Affiliate links may take you to betting or casino operators. License status, country availability and terms can vary, and those operators have their own privacy policies, account checks, and cookie practices, independent of BetLogic.

AI Bet Slip Check uploads and saved analyses

Bet Slip screenshots are processed in application memory. A sanitized derivative is sent to the configured AI provider for text extraction; BetLogic does not persist the original image in its database or public storage in the current flow.

Provider processing and retention depend on the provider configuration and applicable agreement. Saved analyses may contain selection and match labels. Analytics are designed not to receive raw slip content, OCR text, images, bookmaker details, odds, stake, or result prose.

Crop account identifiers or other personal information before uploading wherever possible. OCR can be wrong and every extracted field should be reviewed.

Your rights

• You may request access to your data and ask for correction or deletion where the law allows.
• You can accept, reject or withdraw optional analytics consent at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer.
• Do not send betting account passwords, payment details, or identity documents to BetLogic.
